By creating an account or using Loop, you agree to these terms.

Loop tracks follow-ups from emails you send to your Loop address and from items you add by hand, and sends you reminders. Loop is offered free during early access. We may introduce paid plans later and will tell you before anything you use starts costing money.
Don’t use Loop to send spam, to store content you have no right to share, to break the law, or to disrupt or probe the service.
You own the content you send to Loop. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you and your workspace. See the privacy policy for details.
We work hard to make Loop reliable, but email is a chain of systems we don’t control. A message may arrive late or not at all, and reply detection depends on the headers email clients send. Don’t rely on Loop as your only record for legal, safety, or financial deadlines.
Loop is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you haven’t paid anything.
You can stop using Loop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We’ll give reasonable notice before shutting down the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If we update them in a meaningful way, we’ll email account owners first. Questions go to hello@loopediq.com.
